I am 29 years old now. I am 5' 11'', and weigh 157. I have never really worked out before, and I am starting to feel the consequences. I feel way to old to be this young. I would like to gain about 20-25 pounds and add some bulk. Does anyone know of some great weight gaining programs and a very basic beginner workout routine. Thanks for anyone who can help out.

Drink 3 muscle milk a day, breakfast, after workout and before bedtime.

Eat 4-5 other good measls a day. Either chicken , fish and vegetables. Oatmeal, eggs, not to big of meals but enough to almost get full.

You must go to the gym 5-6 times a week for 4 months, take a week off, and go again for 4 months.

Do shoulders , and superset chest with biceps.

next day doBack and triceps , abs and traps.

next day do legs. ( you must do squats!!!!!!!!)

warm up for 5-10 minutes on a bike before workout
